  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for maintaining account security.

2. Listing Submissions and Content Standards

When you submit a listing, you represent that you have the right to publish all provided text, media, and links.

Listings must be accurate, not misleading, and relevant to AI tools or related workflows. Submissions may be rejected or removed if they are duplicated, deceptive, unsafe, malicious, low-quality, or outside the directory scope.

3. Review and Moderation Rights

We may review, edit, approve, reject, unpublish, or remove listings at our discretion to maintain quality and user safety. Moderation decisions may include content formatting changes, taxonomy adjustments, or temporary suspension while we investigate potential violations.

  • Featured placement is available only for listings that satisfy submission standards.
  • Paid visibility improves placement opportunities but does not guarantee endorsement, fixed ranking, or permanent traffic outcomes.
  • We may adjust placement logic, category weighting, and discovery algorithms to improve relevance and trust.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payments for sponsored placement are processed by third-party payment providers. Unless required by law, completed digital purchases are generally non-refundable once placement benefits are granted or campaign delivery begins.

Chargebacks, payment disputes, or suspected fraud may result in immediate suspension of paid placement and related account privileges.

6. Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of your listing content and brand assets.
  • You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, format, and promote your submitted content as needed to operate and market the directory.
  • Platform trademarks, code, and editorial systems remain the property of AI Tools Directory and its licensors.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the platform to:

  • distribute malware or harmful code;
  • impersonate others or misrepresent affiliations;
  • scrape data in ways that violate laws or platform protections;
  • manipulate rankings through spam, fake engagement, or deceptive behavior;
  • interfere with platform availability or security.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific ranking outcomes, or that all listings are error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Tools Directory is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claim relating to paid services will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in dispute.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to accounts that violate these Terms, create legal risk, or threaten platform security. You may stop using the platform at any time.

11. Changes to These Terms
